Volunteer With Us

Meet the constructive volunteer

At Akhil Bhartiya Apang Kalyankari Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha (ABAKBS), volunteering is more than service — it’s shared humanity in action. We work with children and youth with intellectual disabilities, helping them learn essential life skills, gain confidence, and build self-reliance.

When you volunteer with ABAKBS, you step into a space of learning, compassion, and purpose. Each hour you spend becomes a bridge between potential and opportunity — a chance to transform lives, including your own.

Our volunteers come from diverse backgrounds — educators, students, therapists, corporate professionals, homemakers — united by a single belief: that inclusion begins with participation. Whether it’s through teaching, creative workshops, event assistance, or simply spending quality time with our children, every effort contributes to a more dignified, inclusive society.
